    Recycle bin is corrupted

I tried the method of rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin in cmd prompt but this is what happens:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.binC:\$Recycle.bin\S-1-5-~1\$R932BU1\3DMGAM~1.CRA\2016年全 部热门单机游戏及汉化下载.url - Access is denied.
    C:\$Recycle.bin\S-1-5-~1\$R932BU1\3DMGAM~1.CRA\说明.txt - Access is denied.

I have no idea what it is..and I cannot find it in my recycle bin. Whenever I tried to delete it, it says <Username>/<Username> does not have access to this action.

    Any help is appreciated.

Why do you want to remove C:\$Recycle.bin? I would leave it well alone and use sfc /scannow or a repair install to fix any issues you might have.

The deleted file in your Recycle Bin may lie on a bad sector of the HDD which will corrupt the file and not allow it to be deleted.
Run Check Disk on your drive. Go to Start/Search and type CMD, Right click the CMD results and Run As Administrator. In the Elevated Command Prompt type chkdsk /R and press enter. Now type a Y for Yes and Reboot the computer. Check Disk will run thru 5 stages at next bootup and it will take a while. It should find the orphaned file and remove it.
