    Advance boot options empty

I installed Windows 10 Education edition via USB(not an upgrade). Whenever I try to go into the advanced boot menu by holding shift and clicking on restart, the only option I am given is "Turn off your PC". I have formatted and reflashed my computer with an latest windows iso from the store(Education) and still have the same option.

Try this. Run CMD as admin and copy/paste:

    bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
    bcdedit /set {current} bootmenupolicy legacy

I ran both commands in admin CMD but I still have only Turn off your pc

Have you tried tapping F8 key during boot, instead of Shift + Restart?

My computer boots in 20 seconds and by the time the keyboard is on, it is in the desktop. I just tried and f8 did not work.

Try the other command, that should display it at all times, regardless if you press anything, if I remember correctly.

    bcdedit /set {bootmgr} displaybootmenu yes

Please post a screenshot of your partitions, preferably using a 3rd party program such as Minitool, as Disk Management won't show th 16Mb partition. Thanks.

Now it asks if I want to boot into Windows 10 and thats it. tab and f8 does nothing and I still can't press f8 while it is booting

From Admin Command, run: reagentc /info ====> Post the result
then run: bcdedit /enum all =====> post the result
