    Does Windows 10130 automatically update to 10147 and beyond?

    The other day i tried 10130 and updating took forever to come through.
    So, as i went back to Windows 7 since, was wondering if trying again with 10130 it will automatically update to 10147 and beyond?

    10147 is a leaked build and you will not likely upgrade automatically from 10130 to it.. more likely a later build will be dropped if one is.

    But will the 10130 and further builds automatically update to the official release which will be released on July 29?

    That's great. Without having to install 3rd party apps like Photoshop, Office, etc. or will only the Metro (Modern) apps be restored?

    I upgraded from 10130 to 10147 from within Windows. Originally I attempted to upgrade from USB Stick from a Cold Start, albeit I was told by 10147 to do an upgrade from within 10130 which worked great though it left some of the problems I was having with 10130 intact, thus I did a clean install, and the problems I was having with 10130 were gone. 10147 is thus far a stable installation. . .:)

    I agree, build 10147 is very stable. I had nothing but problems when I was running build 10130.

    @Winuser

    Cortana wouldn't let me save my PIN to access computer, so always had to use regular password. Do you not have Cortana issues with 10147?

    Also, using a Google account to People App in 10130 made this app crash and totally unusable after.

    If you can confirm 10147 doesn't have these issues, can you provide .iso download link to 10147 so i can try it again?

    (wanted to p.m. you but a new user here must have 5 posts in order to do that).
