    My Library duplicate folders

    Hello,
    Maybe you can help.
Under This PC the folders locations are D:\Users\Name
Under My Library I have the four basic folders Music, Documents,Video,Picture have location D:\Name
Under those folders there are subfolders with the same name and location. D:\Name
If I try to delete subfolder I lose all the files.
Is this Normal to have 2 folders with same location tied together?
Also have 4 files I cannot delete. (location can't be found)
    Running Windows 10 home
