Just out of curiosity: how are the monitors recognized in Device Manager?

If they are showing as generic, you may see some benefit by installing the "drivers" for the monitors.

    (Just a guess.)

I'm mostly satisfied with text on my (cheapish) 28" UHD Samsung monitor.
Here it is. Observe the difference between the title bar of each window and the rest of the content. I don't know how these screenshots look in your monitor but in my system there is a significant difference between the title bar and the rest.

As "generic" is recognized my 46" plasma TV only, but I exclusively use it to watch movies.

Windows 8 was clearer then 10. I tried the Cleartype config, didn't help.

My monitor is a AOC2243Fwk DVI set to 1920 x 1080....I had no problems in Windows 8.1 since it had the option to select Smaller, Medium and Larger option...which is missing in Windows 10...

    Hello,

I have nearly the same Problem (Asus pg278q ROG SWIFT monitor).
The left side of my screen shows the fonts clearly and perfectly but when moving to the right side, the fonts get more and more blurry.
Could this be the NVIDIA drivers? I Have this problem since the NVIDIA updates for windows 10. After I installed Windows 10, the NVIDIA drivers were not installed but the fonts were perfectly. The Install CD for LCD Monitors (included in the monitor) says that the OS is not compatible - so could this be the problem?

Officially upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday, but this issue still persists. We need a "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays" option really bad.

P.S. I actually upgraded my 8.1 Professional to 10 Pro, and until I restarted the OS to complete loading some drivers, it was fine and like 8.1's scaling options carried on. But after that restart, blurriness came back it's still here. Tried lots of things but nothing works currently.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I found a solution at last! http://forums.mydigitallife.info/thr...caling-problem

I'd rather have a cmd screen pop-up at the start over having blurry fonts here and there any day, so this is it for me. I can help if you get lost through the post, just let me know.

I've searched through the web and I found this great tool that fixed the blurry text that I had after changing my scale to 125% in Windows 10.

Simply download the file from the following page, run it and and choose the Windows 8.1 DPI scaling option and the required scaling level and then restart your computer/laptop.

Tool website: Windows 10 DPI blurry / fuzzy text font fix - XP Explorer

Direct link to the tool: http://www.xpexplorer.com/installers...10_DPI_FIX.exe

    Have a great day :)
