Not sure where to start. First is this a refurbished laptop or a brand new laptop? If brand new I would be escalating in HP for warranty work. If you bought in October wew are only six days into January.

Could you flip your laptop over and give us detail model number / part numbers. There has to be more than HP15.

Now to specific problems - network - what error are you getting? Do you get the same performance issue connected wireless as wired?
Try connecting with a wire and see if this is more stable. If not then you likely need to look at router, modem, house wiring or street connection. Are any other devices in house connected.

If issue is strictly wireless, what network adapter do you have, what driver version is it using, have you tried updating driver.

You can also go into your power plan and change advance options.

Right click Start, click control panel, click hardware and sound, click power options, click change plan settings, click change advance power settings, click wireless adapter settings and click power saving mode. Set both “On battery” and “Plugged In” to Maximum.

Now to keyboard, when does this happen? What commands are you typing into what application?

Out of warranty is crap, because you have at least a one year warranty. We in Europe even have 2. What browser are you using? Do you have this problem with another browser to?

If I was you I would go back to HP with this problem. You bought your laptop in october. Only 2½ months later HP replaced your harddrive, and now they say you only have 3 months warranty? That is according to me not correct.

If it's just slow for search it may be your internet connection that's slowing it down, try turning off 'show suggestions as I type' (or similar) in your browser. For Edge that setting is in its 'Advanced settings', in IE a 'turn off suggestions...' appears beneath the list of suggestions when you start typing into the address box.

Manufacturers keep track of when they manufacture their equipment by serial number. If the customer does not provide any other information, then the manufacturer will go by that date to determine end of warranty. But if you provide them with a sales receipt stating when you purchased it from a first time retailer (as in not buying it used or refurbished) then the manufacturer should adjust the warranty end date to the specified period of warranty coverage based upon the sale date rather than the date of manufacture.

Thanks for model number. Lots of good points on warranty. Be forceful but calm.

Did you run any of those wired tests. As well did you look up adapter make / model for wireless? Did you change setting in Power plan?
