    Start Menu Icons Missing

    Hi, I searched for this problem in the forum but must of the replies apply to Windows or Desktop icons missing. I'm including an image which I think it explains the problem better
    As you can see, the menu on the right has three icons (circled in red) that are missing from the menu on the left. They are "Documents", "Downloads", and "File Explorer"
    These images were taking from the same laptop under two different users but the Administrator account also shows the menu on the left. I have the same issue in another Desktop PC with just one user and the Administrator but in the unit both menus are the same as the one on the left image, icons are missing.
    Anyone knows why and how to fix it?

    Hi @JGENT,

    What icons appear on the far left of Start are a personal choice for each user account. Go to Settings > Personalisation >Start and click on 'Choose which folders appear on Start' at the bottom of the page to add or remove icons.

    To Bree;
    Thank you. That worked !!! I figured it had to be some settings but I could not find it. It is now working as I want it.
