Moved folders not displaying their set icons

I just replaced my HDD, moved into it all the contents of the old and set it the latters drive letter as well.
The issue I'm having is I'm a neat freak and had set icons for most folders on the drive and now they won't be displayed.
The icons are properly set on the desktop.ini files for each folder and the icon files they point to exist. However they all display the generic folder icon. I've tried simply restarting and clearing the icon cache following this article and then restarting again but no difference is seen.

Is there anything else I can try to get these icons shown?

EDIT: Solved by running command for /D %F in (*) do attrib +s "%F" in every parent folder whose childs needed to be reloaded.
