Windows 10 is not going to sleep anymore

Hello people and sry for my bad english

my system was running completely fine before two last days. now my computer is not going to sleep anymore when i click sleep button the screen goes off but my pc power fans hard disks and .... is on then i need hard reset it to get back to windows again. i checked everything you think from powercfg requests (None all parameters) to turn off media shares on power setting, updating bios, ... there isn't any issue in event viewer also . almost i did everything but no help at all. i'm getting very frustrated... this is a very bad situation. in last two days i never changed anything in my system, no driver changes and no software installing. i even disabled some devices in device manager and unplug all devices from system but again nothing happen.... something prevent my system from going to full sleep. only display off

    Welcome to the TenForums.

Have you tried resetting your power plan to defaults, then full shut down and restart.

You said you didn't install any drivers, have you told windows not to install or you just didn't install any?

You mentioned powercfg. Did you run energy report to see if anything stood out.

At a Command Prompt (admin) , type the following command

    powercfg /energy /output %userprofile%\desktop\Energy.html

(There is a space between the word output and the percent sign.)

One quick test would be to see if there is a hibernation / Fast Startup issue. Not sure it would just start but.... Open command prompt(admin) and type

    powercfg /h off

Another quick solution as you seem to know exactly when it started, do a system restore.

yes i reset power plan too with restart and windows also didn't install anything itself i checked all events in device manager. drivers are from 3 months ago nothing new...power energy also show no helpful information to me

USB Suspend:USB Device not Entering Selective Suspend
This device did not enter the USB Selective Suspend state. Processor power management may be prevented when this USB device is not in the Selective Suspend state. Note that this issue will not prevent the system from sleeping.
    Device Name USB Composite Device
    Host Controller ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A12F
Host Controller Location PCI bus 0, device 20, function 0
    Device ID USB\VID_046D&PID_C52E
    Port Path 8,3

i unpluged this device as i said on top and this error saying it is not the reason for not sleeping but i checked one time also with usb suspend enabled

powercfg /h off. i did it when the first time i installed the windows. there isn't hibernation because i have ssd Adata Sp600 128GB i disabled it

unfortunately i disabled system restore long time ago to free up some space on my ssd

i think myself the problem maybe a hardware issue but i don't know which hardware... ram , motherboard or ssd but i tested them in windows and everything was fine before last two days.... really bad issue. i know installing windows also is an option but i have a lot programs installed and really disturbing to install them again... i hope i can find the issue.... computer shuts down fine only will not go to sleep and it become really a myth to me

i found something new to this problem. when i press the sleep button as i said screen goes off and other things are on but after a few minutes computer completely shut down itself automatically without any command from me (really strange!!!!) and after i turn on my system this error come up to event viewer:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffe08af99d8e40, 0xffffa9019c3478e0, 0xffffe08b026aa010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: c1242dec-2f90-4741-ab09-2821b6a77dc8.

i cant figured it out what the problem... 100% system goes to a bsod when trying to sleep mode after 5 minutes and turn off automatically...
