How to Fix windows 10 Getting ready Frozen

    The diagnostics result is ok . The Hdd is ok also . The ISO is from mediacreationtool . I downloaded many times .

    i installed windows 10 1511 and successful . only the anniversary update getting this problem

    It could be a BIOS incompatibility. Check the Dell support site to see if you are using the latest BIOS version for your Service Tag. Try updating the BIOS if there is later version and try loading the BIOS defaults anyway in case a BIOS setting is stopping you installing W10. It might also be worth removing the battery for a few minutes if you know how to this to force a completely cold restart.

    My BIOS is updated in latest .ok let me try to downgrade the bios . the battery removed

    Downgrade the BIOS? I was pointing out there may be a newer BIOS than the version you are using.

    Well I'm stumped if doing that, setting BIOS defaults and removing the battery doesn't help. Ensure you are doing step 13 here to clean the disk before installation https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...n-install.html
