I see it never looks at any parameters when you execute it so I would guess that it doesn't look at them, even though there is a discussion about parameters here -> command line - taskmgr.exe called with an argument by Windows 7 - Super User
You could probably achieve that with an autohotkey script which clicks the relevant tab. However, it doesn't look possible to identify the tab explicitly, so you'd have to do that purely on a geometric basis. Not ideal.
A hint here, but not desirable:
