    Welcome to the Ten forums

When do you get this message? Is it at start up, when you enter Chrome, when you start email or is it truly random. I can't find this specific dll on google and usually you do get some hint of origin.

The message says a dll can't be found. Did you uninstall something before this started to appear? Did your AV quarantine something recently? Did you try a game or uninstall a game? Did you remove an extension from Chrome?

Would be helpful to get these questions answered and to know when its happening. Then someone might be able to determine what is kicking it off and where to look for culprit. Might also be worth trying malwarebytes from malwarebytes.com. Its a fourteen day free trial. It does a solid job of finding uninvited guests.

I get this massage on start up.
recently installed KODY got this massage so I unintalled it, the massage didnt disappear, then I installed it again
I couldnt find this dll either and I thought that total system care is a malware detection software.
Im sorry but what does "AV quarantine something recently" mean?

[sorry for the spelling and terminology mistakes]

AV quarantine is when your anti-virus program detects something it isolates it. Some AV programs delete but have got their hands slapped for being to aggressive. If it is quarantined, isolated, it gives the user the ability to restore it, like in the case of a false positive.

Do you have use restore points and can you restore to a point before the installation of Kody? You will see a posting from ComputerGeek today with a process to identify what is starting what. It was very recent. In the title is pidc.txt file missing. It is in this section of forum.
