    Where in Windows 10 can be found the fraction signs and divisison etc?

    It helps to know what program you are using. Those items are part of extended key mapping, that are above the standard 127 characters.

    Try Character Map. Click the start button, start typing "Char" and it should be the top item on the list. You will find all the special characters there.

Fast user switching signs me out in User Accounts and Family Safety
I have 3 local user accounts. When I try to switch between them, my apps are closed and I get signed out. I've tried the 6 different methods in this tutorial The Switch User option does not appear in the option list in response to Ctrl+Alt+Del....
