Yes...the main issue is myself. I do not know enough about the tech end of any computer. The normal everyday things, like turning it on, I am a MASTER!! LOL
Seriously though, I made a huge mistake attempting Windows Insider and now I am way over my head. I have learned many new things...however, it seems I am not going to be able to do this alone. I have read and reread many of the forums here in my attempt to figure all this out. At this time, my brain hurts. LOL I want to learn this, I just need a human to sit next to me or by remote, to show me wth to do.
My husband told me to just go pay someone to figure it out....BUT I want to understand how to do it myself.

That actually sounds like a valid purchase. I will order it tonight. Now I need how-to's for Dell laptops and HP desktops. Yes, I have a HP desktop all in one that is a ginormous paperweight. The very first Windows 10 update kill it. So I bought a laptop.
