    This is not a bug, I have no problem in 10147 setting fast, and it stays there.
    No prob here setting 10147 to fast ring too!
    Anyway I'll probably be upgrading via a mounted ISO.

    Any secrets to it ?? I updated from 10135 and it stays on slow at every reboot. I even get a message that it needs attention but no dice. A registry hack maybe ?

    I got sick of waiting. Just upgraded to 10147 by the ISO method. Heaps better than 10130!!!

    From what I can tell, if you first upgrade from a previous build (in my case it was 10135), then do a clean install after that, it should work (at least that's what I did).
