Windows 10 won't let me reset or reformat my computer. Major issues.

So today at around 4 pm, my wifi stopped working and the network drive seemed to have just disappeared and couldn't catch any networks. I restarted my laptop and then it all began. I was first meet with the bsod for windows 10. I was stuck in a loop, restarting back to the screen and restarting. Sometimes it would go to the dell supportassisnt before rebooting again.

So no options left I install windows 10 iso into a usb and plug it in but it refuses to boot off the usb. I checked bios and change the options around and see if I could pick the usb but I couldn;t as long as the UEFI was selected. This is my bios settings: http://m.imgur.com/cJ1y99K

I changed to legacy and managed to get to the recovery screen but I could not do anything there. I tried reset this pc option and picked keep my files but I ended up with the error " The drive where windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again."

Then I tried remove everything but I get e error saying " Unable to reset your pc. A required drive partition is missing."

So I have no idea what to do right now. Can someone please help me? At this point I just want to erase everything and just be allowed to install windows 10. I need to somehow use this laptop. Someone please help me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My laptop is a dell 7559 windows 10.

What did you use to create the Windows 10 USB flash drive with? Please don't say RUFUS.

What should have I used? I just google some guides and most said rufus. At this point im over trying to recover it and just want a fresh install and to fix my partitions.
My partitions in the install now window are these:
drive 0 partition 1 type system
drive 0 partition 2 type MSR
drive 0 partition 3 type Primary (OS)
drive 0 partition 4 type recovery
drive 0 partition 5 type recovery

Really? You are going to bump after 19 minutes? Wow. Maybe you would prefer live chat support?

It's much more reliable and universally compatible to create a Windows 10 USB flash drive manually using Diskpart, or let the Windows Media Creation Tool make one for you. But anyway...

Are you getting the above list from the Custom Install option of Windows 10 setup? If that is the case, when you have that list showing, press Shift+F10 (you might have to hold down the FN key to get the actual F10 function). That will open a command prompt. In the command prompt run:

    Diskpart
    Select disk 0
    clean
    exit
    exit

Then when back at partition list click the refresh button. It should show Disk 0 unallocated space. Select that and next to install Windows 10 to the newly erased hard drive.

Installing windows after I did the diskpart. Hopefully it boots up. Is there a reason why it never let me reset the windows but keep the files in the repair section? What went wrong? is the uefi not working? First windows 10 laptop so i have no idea why the usb boot didnt work and only legacy mode worked.

Installed it through legacy mode. It installed. Restarted and booted up. But however it booted into the dell supportassist and said no bootable devices. I turn it off and go into boot options and boot it off the harddrive and now its on the windows getting ready..
