Deleting un-needed files?

    Deleting un-needed files?


    Newbie here. Just got this new system (Win 10) last month & I'm trying to familiarize myself with it. Is the location below where I can "safely" delete un-needed files?
    This PC > OS (C:) > Users > (Name of PC) > Local Settings > Temp

    To be absolutely safe, do it thru Disk Cleanup.

    Yes I would also recommend you only use a utility like ccleaner or the included cleanmgr to be sure you're doing the right thing.
