    Windows 10

From what I can gather, most people are ok with 10 but I have had problems ever since day one. My PC games wont except the codes, my favorite program, microsoft flight simm runs badly and constantly needs attention, I have a black border on either side of my monitor only while gaming, almost none of my software runs correctly, half my ram that I payed for is gone, base gone from audio...Ive been able to cure almost everything but there is always something.I never had these problems with XP or 7. Why didnt they just keep 7 as the permanent platform? Whats goin on here? I have to play facebook games because none of my games work worth running. How horrible is THAT!? lol

What version of Windows 10 do you have? (ie) 32bit or 64bit? 32bit Windows cannot recognize more the 4GB of RAM. If you have 64bit Windows, it will recognize all of the RAM you paid for if your motherboard supports it.
What video card do you have? If you have a border on your games that means you do not have the latest Video driver for your card.
The same for audio, if Bass is missing from your Audio, then download the latest audio driver from your computer/motherboard manufacturer.
Of course, if you don't want to go through all of that, then Wipe the computer and reinstall Windows 7.

Right click on your devices and do an Update Driver Software. Just because Windows 10 says drivers are up to date does not mean they are. Also go HP and see if they have updated drivers for your Sound Card or you could go to the sound card Manufacturer.

Those should all be simple issues to resolve. Step one, especially on an OEM machine, is to clean install the OS. It sounds like you may have some memory set aside for graphics use in the BIOS. If your games won't accept their activation codes, you need to deal with the game manufacturer. That wouldn't have anything to do with Windows 10.
