Windows 10: Windows 10 shuts down all apps running when AFK.
Windows 10 shuts down all apps running when AFK.
I'm too old to troubleshoot and i'm having some trouble regarding my Windows 10 installation.
I used to logon with Microsoft account and i removed it to a local account, so as not to have any problems with automatic logoff (i don't know if that's a feature).
When i migrated the Microsoft account to the local account, i removed the password so as the desktop is always avaiable.
Also i leave some apps running (like word for example) with some work undone and sometimes i leave for lunch and always turn off the display.
However when i come back, turn on the monitor, the apps are gone, and only the desktop remains, but clean.
Where can i find the solution to this problem?
Thank you and best regards,
