Desktop and browser continous flickering for every few seconds-win10
GOOGLED AND GOT MANY SOLUTIONS for this problem, But any of them didnt worked for me
There was continuous flickering or refresh of my desktop and browser as well when i open any site.
SO this does not allow me to search or type anything in address bar.
Faced a same problem in win 10 few months back, but in few days it got automatically set without me working on it.
But this time , it sucks me...badly and couldnt get of it .
Even have reset my laptop , still the problem persists.
Need help with this issue.

I have this issue since upgrading, that there is a pause every 30 seconds or so. If I'm scrolling or typing it just pauses for maybe a second. I've looked and it appears there is no bios upgrade or driver upgrade on the Intel website. So...
No issue until recently, roughly 3 days. After I login, the desktop loads and then it will freeze. Sometimes I am able to click to open chrome but then it immediately drops. Any help would be appreciated.
A bit of a background (I'm not sure if this helps):
I upgraded to Windows 10 last year. Found some annoying bugs with the apps but, overall, the OS worked fine I encountered no problems. I decided to go back to Windows 8.1 since the buggy apps...
I noticed that when the screen is locked, when resuming from sleep, the desktop will still show for few seconds before actually loading the login screen.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I am on a clean install with the latest updates.
