If you'd had a functional keyboard and can still boot into safe mode then, maybe.

Well I tried to repair it via my bootable win 10 usb but the only option it had is resetting and doesn't seem to workOther than a repair install I can't see what you can do at this point.

If you can get that with a minimum of drivers loaded and no network then we can give it a shot.
Don't shoot me if it fails.
When you get there and have a working keyboard then from cmd shell:

okay I just got the keyboard and I now got a cmd window of advanced repair now plz tell me what should I fill in thismy reg save directory is d:\all.regCode:reg /import "your backup.reg"
I wonder if Kyhi's Windows 10 Recovery Tools and Bootable Rescue Disk would work, if Droyk could download it and install the program on a usb stick, then boot to it, to see if he could access his drives thur Kyhi's app.
