My windows 10 has no startup/ shudown ... sound

Hi my windows has no sound either when I startup the PC or when I shut it down. and I know my speakers are working
Is there a way how I can enable it?

The Windows 10 default sound scheme doesn't have start up and shut down sounds, sorry.
You will need to either create your own, or find a theme that has one.

I think Age of Empires has one, and Gears of War, and Halo have them.
To turn on and/or change, go to Control Panel/Sound,
a window called sound will open,
go to the Sounds tab,
check the box Play Windows startup sound:

No there is no tutorial here for that. but maybe this will help get you started:
Just create your custom wav files and call them Windows Logon Sound/Windows Logoff Sound/Windows Shutdown/Windows Startup.
For some great wav sound files check out here: http://www.wavsource.com/ when the sound player at the site shows and plays the sound in the browser, just right click and you can then download the sound
Here to get you started the old school Windows sounds, just click, download, open properties and unblock them and place in C:\Windows\Media(you can create a folder her too, for your custom sounds) then set then them in like I said above:

Windows Logon Sound.wav
Windows Logoff Sound.wav
Windows Startup.wav
Windows Shutdown.wav

Plus a bonus for you, I just got it today and decided to use it for incoming Mail :
2-23_omega_bridge_sfx.wav
