Cursor automatically(mysteriously) moving to the lower right corner

I have a new dell computer with windows 10 installed on it and while I'm doing something, whether it be on the internet, candy crush etc., my cursor would move to the right lower corner which then would close me out of whatever I was doing. It just does its own thing and I have to start over again. Has this happened to anyone before? is it a setting somewhere? I've gone through all of the options in settings and can't figure out how to stop it. I'm using a mouse instead of the touchpad. It happens when using both options. thanks.

W10 is a little funky with mice, things you might try: Update mouse driver, reinstall mouse driver, try another mouse, unplug any other USB devices. Check your device manager for conflicting hardware it sounds like something else is interfering with it.

Following up to my original post. I took my laptop back to Best Buy and immediately the Geek Squad said it was a touch screen ghosting issue. Hardware problem. So, they replaced it with a new one! So, if anyone out there seems that their laptop is obsessed, take it back to the store.

Sorry...ghosting issue? Most of the systems I deal with aren't even touch screen and they have problems with the cursor moving on it's own. I am a computer professional. I primarily deal with security, which means I'm also responsible for setting up new systems. I've dealt with a great deal of garbage in my life, but Microsoft takes the cake! I used to "appreciate" working with windows, but it's becoming more and more difficult to tolerate their arrogance and the crap that comes with it! This windows 10 cursor movement problem has been all over the internet for years. All who suggest this repair or that repair ignore the fact that they are not correcting the problem. It has nothing to do with the make or model of your system or the mouse you're using. If it has something to do with the touch pad, every manufacture must be using the same one because I've seen this issue with every manufacturer. It's windows 10 or a manufacturer wide agreement upon a system change that came out at the same time! No IT I've worked with has been able to correct this issue.
Microsoft, put down your marketing tools long enough to look at what your clients really want...then follow that path for a while. It will include making sure things WORK and fixing things that don't before trying to sell something else!
My friend! I understand what you're going though. I'm so sorry for my outburst, but I've had it.

Have this same problem with my dell laptop (no touch screen). the cursor works fine at startup but then moves to the left side of the screen and when I try to move it back it seems to be spring loaded I brought it in to get fixed they fixed it and then it's doing it again.
