Is Pointer Location available in Windows 10
On previous versions of Windows I used to use the ctrl key plus another (can't remember) to show pointer location. Is this available in Windows 10?

They should be in Control Panel(right click the Window icon in the taskbar and select Control Panel).
Can you show a screenshot of your Options tab for mouse properties?
Or do you mean you don't even have the Mouse option in Control Panel?
You can also try getting there using the Settings app:
To get the same options as shown above on the main control panel screen, make sure you have "view by" set to "large icons".
