I'm logging in with my microsoft account not local. I am using Live mail but I have been having issues with it and just might go with the mail program in windows 10. I'm set to auto login, when I was logging in local I was using a password, so I assume with the microsoft account it's the email that I login in with

My guess would be with the changes they are making with Cortona to keep stuff synced if the user logs in with a Windows Live account instead of using a Local and not using the Live at all. We would need to know if they log in with an email or a username.

That is why you are seeing the sync services. Anytime you log in with a Live account you are using a Roaming profile. That profile is kept on Microsoft's servers so that if you go to another computer, you get the same desktop background and folder settings.

I have all those same services listed except for the 5 digit number at the end. I suspect that each system may have a different number.
    I would leave them alone.

Ok thanks guys! As long as I knew what they were and not just services that I didn't need. I try to disable or put on manual so their not hogging up boot-up time and draining my resources

They are not draining or hogging anything. Leave alone to not break anything. Windows 10 is very efficient when it comes to managing RAM and Services than 7 did.

You can go into System and go through the different sections to uncheck anything that deals with telmetrics and also go into the user account area and make what gets synced.

If you do not need the Roaming profile, use the Local username choice and do not let One Drive sync to your computer, which will also stop some of that info using your connection.

We do not find this kind of stuff out unless we get more than one user. That is something that everyone should remember. As for the numbers, it would have to take a little digging between a couple of systems to see why they have the different numbers for the same service. Maybe from PID or something else.
