Whenever I go fullscreen in YouTube, my taskbar doesn't hide.

Whenever I attempt to watch a video on YouTube in full-screen mode, my taskbar stays. However, while it is fully in full-screen, the taskbar hides things like the actual full-screen button. Can someone help?

Go to Settings > Personalization > Taskbar. At the top of options page you will see the Taskbar view options.
