No taskbar, no icons appearing
I can't get into the settings to factory reset my computer. I use windows buttom + i. It never loads. I already tried going into powershell and copy and pasting what's normally pasted into there. It never finishes loading up the command so I just close it after. Please Help me.

Yeah, cant open the windows search either. I press the windows button and it doesnt open.
Sorry but what i meant was, when I open the settings with windows + i it opens the settings window and it just shows the circut with the blue background. It stays like that and never loads settings farther from that.
Recently, I've noticed that some the right-click menu bar icons haven't been appearing, among in some other places.

Sometimes when I restart my PC the volume button doesn't show up in the Task-bar. Some days its there and its fine but other days I cant seem to locate it and going in and manually disabling it and re-enabling it does nothing. The pictures below...
All of a sudden the following symptoms (all at the same time)::
1. Taskbar icons gone (replaced by a neutral identical icon) except Edge and Store
2. In File Explorer, no longer thumbnails, no icons either, simply blank, but names show
