Windows 10 is stuck in an infinite bootup loop, Help!

So I've had my PC for about a year now and I've never had any problems with it until now. Today my PC randomly froze and whenever I tried to input things and nothing would happen. I held down the power button and restarted the PC and it got stuck in an infinite boot loop. I went into safe mode and with the same results. I tried to reinstall windows and keep all my files and it said the process could not be completed. I then decided to remove everything and it said the same thing. I decided to look on tech forums and I found no evidence of fixing this. So I hope someone from Microsoft can assist me with fixing this issue, keep in mind windows will boot up and I can enter my BIOS as well as The windows troubleshoot menu, but I cannot enter the login screen or the windows home. I use an ASUS motherboard and the PC is manufactured by CybertronPC.
If you have any information reguarding my issue try to keep things simple because it would make the process much easier on my part, thanks!

If you open the log file, you’ll be shown details of all the tests performed by Startup Repair, with any errors discovered detailed. We can use this information to help diagnose and get to the root cause of the problem.

To open log file from the Windows Recovery Environment, click and open the Command Prompt. When the Command Prompt is open, type Notepad and press Enter key to open the Notepad application. The Startup Repair log file is located at:

    Code:
    C:\Windows\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt

You will need to navigate to the drive on which you have Windows installed (usually the C: drive) to see the SrtTrail.txt log file.

Alright, I did that and it shows a notepad that says "SrtTrail"
It shows that everything was "Completed Successfully"

    System Disk = \Device\Harddisk0
    Windows directory = C:\windows
    AutoChk Run = 0
Number Of Root Causes = 0

Every error code says 0x0 besides the Check for installed LCU which says 0x2.

I'm not sure what to do and how this helps, hope this can at least give you an idea of what the issue could be.

Have you installed any program or device driver before infinite loop?

Have tried to restore Windows 10 to a date when it was working using System Restore tool?

I have installed Torrents from a website, however I triple checked when it came to scanning the files for malware. If it is malware then I'm not sure how to get rid of it because I can't even log in.
Worst case scenario I'll have to wipe the entire PC clean but I'm unsure of how because when I do as you read, it says "The process could not be completed".
Also with the scans of the files I used Avast Antivirus, VirusTotal and A file behavior analysis.

My theory is that it may have something to do with a corrupted file because before the PC semi-froze I saw a windows box appear that said nothing, almost as if it were loading, but I have no idea how to fix this.
(P.S safe mode just BSOD the PC and says CRITICAL_ERROR) so it has to be either a headache inducing malware or corrupted data.

Your computer having BSOD error, you can post for assistance at BSOD forum. If we know which driver causing the BSOD error we can help resolved the error.

Also what does "Have you tried to restore Windows 10 to a date when it was working using System Restore tool?" mean, and how do I do it?

As I have already described, doing so either yields no result or what I thought was the best option, Safe mode just BSOD. If you could contact someone who has experience with these types of issues ie. Corrupted data, Infinite bootup cycles, factory resetting PC's when Windows OS fails the process, that would be amazing. I feel like you have helped alot but this just isn't quite right when dealing with this certain situation.

Thank you for your assistance so far, FreeBooter. If there is any further information I could give you regarding error codes, specs or history name it can I can provide.

Safe Mode is not Windows Recovery Environment, you boot your computer with Windows 10 setup media to access Windows Recovery Environment.

You can give us memory dump files stored within C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.
