Computer wont go to sleep -windows 10

Hey guys

completely new here
my issue is that when i click "sleep" the computer just wont go to sleep, my display goes black but nothing else happens apparently, as soon as i move the mouse the displays goes on and computer is as it never wen to sleep(which it didnt)

this issues occured few weeks ago but i was able to fix it via googling the problem and it was - allow computer to sleep when sharing media ,then it worked perfectly again until today, for some reason it just wont go to sleep,i shut it down yesterday as i realized i havent shut it down for couple of days,turned it on and wanted to put it to sleep few hours later and it wouldnt work, i have tried all the googling and videos and tips on how to set it up so it will go to sleep,nothing helped.

i suspect it might have sth to do with Windows Defender update as that was i think the last thing updated

i also tried to update everything i could,only thing that seems to be an issue is Microsoft Basic Display Adapter as it has an exclamation mark but after looking for the update it showed me thaat it is up to date, also i downloaded some intel software for scaning (as my real video card is Nvidia geforce so this on is an intel stuff i guess) and updating and it said the same thing-everything is up to date

i really have no idea what to do and im kind of noobish in this stuff wo i would really appraciate any help as i need it desperatly to work

i think i may have found sth

i realized if i turn on the computer,do nothing on it and put it to sleep-it works, BUT if i turn it on and run internet (chrome,websites etc..) it wont go to sleep,even after i close all the tabs, whether i am connected to internet or not it doesnt matter,still the same story (obviously i gotto be conected to go on websites, but it will go to sleep even if i am connected but wont go on any websites)

so i ran cmd - powercfg -requests and realized that in first scenario there is no problem (only PERFBOOST:[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller appears but that is obviously not a problem)

but after opening internet websites etc and run "powercfg -requests" this appears:

what is it and how to prevent it from hapenning?does it have to do sth with internet? i read RegSvcs might be a gateway for a malwares but i run Eset and the problem persists

so i installed MALWAREBYTES and scanned the computer, initially it found some stuff but that wouldnt influence the sleeping problem. I shut down my comp and went and now i started it again and the MALWAREBYTES software poped-up completely on its own with this message



the process is EXACTLY what my CMD wrote me after i put "powercfg -requests" there, it seems like its connecting to some weird malicious address via internet and this seems like a core of my issue, malwarebytes is not offering any solution thoug,it says it blocked it byt after running the CMD -powercfg-requests it seems to have the same issue and computer wouldnt go to sleep, what should i do at this point, can anyone give me any hints?

After much searching in the suggested win 10 settings with no luck, a command prompt "powercfg /a" reported that my configuration didn't support sleep. So, I thought I should check my bios. The following change fixed the problem, and my system now sleeps when requested. Getting into BIOS is generally dependent on your system hardware, and usually requires pressing a special key at startup.

American Megatrends BIOS v 17.18B3. Navigate to the following settings:
Power Management Setup:
ACPI Standby State: was originally set to: [S1]
changed to: [S3]


Easy enough. Problem fixed.
