Why did you install 10240 when the latest build 1607 is freely available to download? The Media Creation Tool can make a .iso or bootable USB to install the Anniversary Update (version 1607).

Download and run the media creation tool to get started. For more information on how to use the tool, see the instructions below.
If you've only just installed version 10240 then checking for updates will only install the latest cumulative update. These are the regular 'security and bug-fix' patches that you are familiar with from previous versions of Windows. The 'Features Updates' (1511 and now 1607) are basically a new version of Windows 10. This is a 3-4GB download and performs a full upgrade (taking about an hour). Windows update will not offer the Features Update until 30 days after the initial install of Windows 10.
