Notifications: How To View Old Notifications?

I am also seeking the answer to this question. I am on Windows 10, Version 1803. I cannot find a way to view old/prior Notifications. If anyone knows, I would appreciate! Thanks!

the Microsoft Windows UWP App "EZ Notification Forwarder" from "matas consulting" has an option to dump all incoming notifications to the personal downloads folder. Check it out at the Microsoft Store:
