Windows 10: Win 10 random freeze at work but not at home

Most likely during an update with either third party or Windows. You can run Process Explorer any time if you want to watch what is going on when you take a break away from the computer. Task Manager was the other place to check that I forgot about. The Services process has so many sub-processes that run under it, just one minor flaw and it causes the system to slow down like a traffic jam during rush hour.
