I'm currently out of the loop with a working W10 install and so wonder if this feature is included in W10. Its something I've only just started using in 8.1 and find it a terrific archive feature, even though I do daily image backups.

    Does 10 have this ?

You're very welcome. I love File History too. I once deleted something and a few weeks later needed it, so I went to an old date and recovered it. Of course it only works if you Ran it before deleting(mine is set to once a day).

Brilliant isn't it. And so unobtrusive, you are just not aware of it running in the background.

I actually have mine set to update every 15 minutes as I do a lot of circuit simulation and have so have files that I change rapidly. And sometimes you find you need to look back at a previous version. Another thing I found is that some files that are recovered using drag and drop from the history location are actually write protected, so you need to alter or save it under a new name. Also... because its all been a learning adventure... if I recover the main drive to an earlier date then the history that occurred in the now 'skipped' time period is only accessible via normal browsing and drag and drop/copy.

But yes, an absolutely brilliant feature.
