Update 223 - GUI Broken

Hi,
I am using W10 AU with a Display Languague different from Native.
With update 187, the Settings GUI was broken but uninstalling Update and installing it again was solving problem.
Now with 223 that "fix" is not working, is permanently Broken.
Bluetooth Devices are showing under "Other Devices"
The "System" Page is completely broken.

Problem Solved.
I uninstalled 1607.187, was having suddenly a lot of errors 121 , USB Driver for all my Devices want not install.
Installed 1607.222 and GUI was Broken, tried DISM /Restorehealth and SFC , but it do not help.
After this, I installed 1607.223 over it and Problem is gone.
That is a night mare, I losing hours and Days to get things fixed.
