    HELP::Windows 10 problems

Computer is an Asus laptop. i7 Intel core, 8GB Ram, 1TB Harddrive windows 10 (obviously)
    Antivirus is Avast.
    CCleaner is installed.
I have been expiriencing a MULTITUDE of problems, most very recently.
Ive checked my antivirus many times, and it says the PC is clean.
So here is the list of problems:

Long shutdown and long startup (15 minutes and 3 minutes respectively.)
Freezing when right clicking on a photo. (Computer freezes, refreshes taskbar entirely.)
Explorer freezing entirely. (Does the same as the photo, but lasts about an hour.)
Computer instantly restarts after force close. (I can force close it if it freezes, but it instantly restarts. Very annoying.)
Unable to safely eject usb. (Very recent, but: i can right click on the drive, click eject. But nothing happens. No prompt, no removal of drive. Nothing. Very annoying as I use my USB alot with lots of big, important files on it. Only started yesterday [11/21/16] after i accidentally pulled out my USB without ejecting it/during shutdown)

The two im most concerned about are the last two. I use my USB alot and being unable to eject it or having it freezs up on me is a very big concern. I have no backups of the files of it at the moment.

So if anyone can provide some help, id greatly appriciate it.

    Let's See...

    Starting Up Slow:
I'm sure you already did Ccleaner, please see to clearing your cache.
Also running the registry scan inside your; ccleaner, see to having it fix bad/error registries, within your system. Go through delete useless programs. Possibly consider defragging Your system. Run "msconfig": to see what could be making the start-up take long. To do this... Control+Alt+Delete and select the task manager. Then upper left corner hover your mouse and select run: then place msconfig in the text box. Hit enter and then you'll see the stuff that is used when you system starts up. A lot of spyware and malware like to hid here so it's worth a check for that as well. Those can make your system take hours to boot up. Stop services and/or programs that you don't need to be ready right when you start your system. Note: Leave system stuff alone for now. Restart manually.
If freezing continues and force restarts; then.... Try booting into safe mode; see if the massive start up time is taking place or not. This will help you see if it's something tied to the account your using as for a reason of it being slow or if it's your system in general.
Also if all else fails to fix then... a system restore to before the 21st? As for the USB situation: I'm not knowledgeable in that area of the PC, However: you should never pull it out until it states "Safe To Remove" this is annoying to each time it's to prevent things: Data Loss. Format Failure and of course the computer not realizing that you have indicated a wish for the USB to be removed. Last recommendation: Back Up Your Files. I know it's pain; but you'll sleep soundly at night.

    anonfox,

    Welcome to the Forum!

Is the USB device you are referring to a USB Flash drive, or a USB Hard Disk Drive?

Is it showing in File Explorer > This PC?

    Also, please type
autoplay into the Ask me anything area of the TaskBar
Click AutoPlay settings in the results

In the Choose AutoPlay defaults > Removable drive, what is it set to?
