recycle bin wont empty
my recycle bin has a ton of stuff in it ,so when i try to empty it it shows the progressin bar but it just says 0 mb . so it wont get rid of the old files in it .

You might see if using the tutorial below to delete the $Recycle.bin file of each affected drive may help to repair the Recycle Bin.

did not work ,im running win 10 the bin shows 9.98 gb full.
when i go to c drive i dont see recycle bin anywhere??

Dear Musky:
If you can't see $Recycle.Bin in File Explorer, there's probably a simple explanation. You need to dash into "File Explorer Options" and make sure under the View tab, that "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" is selected like this:
That should do it!

Yep, you'll need to make sure that you have done step 5 in OPTION ONE below first to be able to see the hidden $Recycle.bin system file. :)

Did you also uncheck the Hide protected operating system files box from step 5 in Option One above?
