Still Cannot Delete Recovery Partition

Hi...thanks for the nice reply...but I already have Mini tool....it also does not allow me to make changes...I am not asking to format the partition...I am asking to 'DELETE' that stupid partition....thanks.*john

Hi...I was going to make a bootable disk just to try....but I have no DVD burner on this little machine....heh.... no instructions on the website as far as using a USB drive....so I guess forget that idea. hmmm

Hi...oh then take the iso which it seems to be and use rufus...ok...I will try that....I have rufus....this a little different ...I am accustomed to Windows operating system ISO's ...I make my own from the ESD file....thanks.*john

You may need to also set the USB Drive ACTIVE in disk Management or use MTPW ....been using this way with Macrium and KYHI etc boot disks for a while , it will boot UEFI or MBR this way...

I have no idea what you are talking about....heh...I will try your previous suggestion when I am on this ASUS computer and report back....yeah I also have Macrium but on my other computer,...I can easily transfer the program via USB to the asus machine...,
Lets be accurate and clear ...I want to delete this partition!....Where is BRINK?

YES I AM CLEAR YOU WANT TO DELETE IT

BUT...........YOU NEED the Minitool Partition Wizard BOOTABLE CD iso ....... NOT MACRIUM for this....

It's part of the same thing.... FAT32 won't Boot if not set Active on a MBR type Disk , some USB Drives come this way Some do not. If it is a UEFI boot , then ACTIVE is not required , so if boot fails off the USB drive use Windows MTPW to set it active by RC on the Drive and look for "set active" then hit Apply at the top.

Macrium is Free , download and install on Both if needed

MTPW for Windows is also free install it on Both machines....
