Is it possible to remove "Libraries" main folder

I never use the Windows libraries because they don't fit my scheme of data storage. Is it possible to delete/remove the "Libraries" folder in itself? I know that individual folders like "Documents" "Pictures" etc. can be deleted, but in my experience Microsoft has a habit restoring unneeded and unwanted objects. Also aware that the "Library" can be hidden, but for reasons mentioned previously, it can reappear mysteriously as it happened with the previously hidden "Quick Access" object.

I would remove whatever is in quick access first because maybe there are references maintained from when the Libraries folder was in use.
    Then go to
Hide or Show Libraries in Navigation Pane in Windows 10

You might have tried that already but I haven't experienced the Libraries folder coming back following what I've mentioned.

But since you mentioned the issues you mentioned, maybe the data being used via the Libraries folder are still applicable if they haven't been moved to where you want that data to be available once the Libraries folder is hidden.
--- I'm not sure as I haven't run into that situation but check it out because if that's a possibility that should be addressed first.

Thanks, for now I hid the Library. It's possible that there were links in the subfolders and that is why it kept showing up, but now I made sure that everything was empty.

The Quick Access link is another story. It is broken and will deal with it soon, just one thing at at time.

    Thank you, good luck.

EDIT: When its time maybe this will help.
Quick Access in Windows 10 is not working

I've seen many recommendations to remove Quick Access but I would recommend if individual attempts to fix a broken Quick Access, then it would be ok to remove: restart the computer. Then re-install Quick Access to the set-up you want.
--- You probably already know this, but the Library folder is just a pointer of where your folders and files are stored; so fixing Quick Access becomes even more important.
