It uses a popup , so you may have it (Popups) disabled? RC on the link and open in a new window works for me.....

on the website, it just isn't loading. i was trying to make an exact copy, and not intelligent. so i don't know if it is trying to make a terabyte or several gigabyte or whatever i have instead of the 142 gigabyte onto the 240 space that i have.. last part is on automatic. first part is image, not clone. i don't know about the instruction set.. but it should be trying to copy from C to the external drive. the external drive keeps going to 10 GB and saying not enough space.
A Forensic (exact) Copy will Copy the whole Drive Sector by Sector so 931GB even if only 143GB is used AFAIK in this case, I am not sure how much compression you will get with an exact copy but not enough. you must Image , not Clone too but I think that is a given.

Most of Simrick instructions above are the defaults when Macrium is installed ....verify is not usually on by default but I always turn it on per above. , so if you change stuff , go back and reset it and try again....

i have a question. on the screen that i have, i don't even have a clone option. i just have the option to image the disk, or image the partitions to restore windows. will the second option only backup windows? also, i had noticed that some users did the backup, but had problems restoring..
Not sure why you Don't see CLONE, it shows only for the selected Disk though, (box around selected disk also should be highlighted) but you don't need it ...
you will IMAGE the Disk by Checking the box on the left under the Harddisk Icon...that should automatically fill each Partition's checkbox too, for every partition on the Harddrive/Disk.
you could do a separate Image backup of D:\ incase you ever need it , and a separate Image of C: to save Windows , if you think Imaging the Whole Disk is not working correctly.
Macrium is on version 6.2.1549 now and your Rescue Disk should be made with the same version. You can not restore Windows without a Rescue Disk so it is Very important to make the Rescue Disk.
