    You'll need some third part device that will allow the connection of your VCR/Camcorder to the PC. I used a product from Pinnacle called Dazzle back when I had Vista.

    Ive tried many over about 10 years and the best is probably Magix "Rescue your Video Tapes" who supply the usb to VCR connector & Software, Ive used version 6 but might be latest version 8 by now
    It worked in Windows 8.1 so should work in 10 as the program is always updated
