Windows 10: I Need My Ctrl+Win+D Keyboard Shortcut Back
I use autohotkey with this script
; Disable Win + Ctrl
LWin & sc020::
I don't know another solution this problem. But this is really big problem when you try just press Win+D or something.
Hmm that would work, yet I don't want to have a 3rd party program open dedicated just to disable that simple shortcut.
As a matter of fact, over this period of time since when I first posted this post, I set my new shortcut to:
Win + Alt + Keypad Plus Sign
and I'm now familiar with that shortcut instead.
Thanks for the reply though, appreciate the help.
Of course the use of third-party software is not the best solution, but I have not found any other.
On the Internet are usually advised to fully disable all Windows hot keys, but I use some of them.
If you know any real way to solve this problem - please let me know in this thread .
Here I posted this decision, because I think this method will be useful for many others who are looking for it.

But If I ever come across something that lets you disable individual Windows hot keys, I'll post back here =D

Any help would be much appreciated.
I've set up a bunch of shortcut keys to files/folders/apps I use often by entering a key combo in the properties > shortcut page of .lnk shortcuts. I've done this in every version of Windows I've used with rarely any issues. The key combos are all...
Update, as of 12/5/15
After considerable experimentation it appears that the lag will occur when a STORE or (system) SETTINGS app (Calculator, for example) or "store" itself is listed in Task Manager background processes. Kill the process,...
It was working before on W8.1 and now it seems like it's the only shortcut that doesn't work.
I have noticed this shortcut (CTRL+S) is also bound to "Save as...", I'm not sure if this was the case in W8.1 but it worked fine then.
Any help would be...
