I forgot to address another item:
Using "disable new items automatically" in Chameleon Startup Manager is also no solution, because this will disable also new services coming with new installed programs. A part of this, "disabling" sets only the "start" option on "disabled" (i.e. on "4") but doesn't delete the service, so that the list of the randomized (and disabled) services becomes by every startup longer and longer.
