How do i disable always on-top taskbar ?

Hi, i recently updated to Win10 Anniversary yesterday.
When i played a borderless window game, the taskbar was still on top of the game.
Full-screen youtube was also affected by this.
Prior to upgrading to win10 Anniversary, it worked fine, i could play a game in a borderless window or watch youtube in full-screen with no problem.

My question is how do i disable the disable on-top feature? or is it a bug ?
    Thank you in advance

*Edit: Problem solved by installing the latest updates from Windows Update.

    Hello,
I have the same problem. I have installed all updates and still, taskbar is always on top.

Right now I have version of Windows: 10.0.14393
    What's yours?

Have you tried Taskbar settings? There's an "automatically hide" option therein (Right-click taskbar, choose Settings entry at the bottom of the pop up menu list).

Actually this might be solution but it's not. Before anniversary update everything was ok. I dont want to teach myself how to work with autohide taskbar. I just dont want to have it all time on top.

Hello, I have this problem and would like to find a solution that doesn't require using auto-hide taskbar.

@alfredonevv , the latest update from Microsoft solves the problem. The new update from Microsoft is patching all the problems with anniversary update. So, just install new update and you are good to go.

Settings, Personalisation, taskbar, automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode, play full screen video check it goes away then go back to settings and turn that setting off. Worked for me.

I would like to be able to disable "always on top" and not use auto hide, since I would prefer that my task bar always be in place... there was a way to do it for Windows 7, is there one for Windows 10?
