Group Policy Client service failed the sign-in

From a cold boot: it took 4-5 minutes. Disk was active, but not taking a dump (observed disk activity light). Got message "The Group Policy Client service failed the sign-in., The universal unique identifier (UUID) type is not supported." I just sat there with that message being displayed, and no apparent disk activity.

I held the power button down, it powered down, and I restarted with no problem.

    Should I be concerned?

System specs (my profile on this forum is for another desktop): Windows 10 Pro (but Belarc's Security Advisor says it is Windows 8.1 Professional (x64)(build 9600). So, I've not had the latest update nor the "anniversary" update.

If it repeats, maybe. Some older pages that may help explain:

Thanks, Berton: I'll close this issue out for now. Read the stuff, checked the Group Policy Client Properties, they seem OK.
