Can't delete folder
When I right click on a folder I see "open" but I don't see any "take ownership" menu.

I'm trying to delete a folder on my desktop.
When I try, I get "you don't have permission".
I read in some older posts, that the way to do this right click the folder and select Take Ownership from the context menu.
Problem is my context menu doesn't have Take Ownership in the menu.

The "Take Ownership" context menu is not part of Windows 10 by default. You can add it using the tutorial below though.

I went through all that and restarted my computer still no take Ownership.
I'm not sure about the merge part. When I double clicked the "Add_Take_Ownership_to_context_menu.reg" on my desktop nothing happens.
