Actually I had original windows 10 home [x64] which I receive from win 8.1 home ; today I tried to upgrade 10 home to pro via some online keys , it works and installs but at time to activate it fails and I forced to activate it via kmspico .... I tried but I didnt find any restore points..... pls help to Downgrade Windows 10 Pro to Home without losing Files.....

First, let me just say that you got what you ordered. Piracy is theft and that's what you intentionally tried. Personally I despise it, not to mention that our forum rules forbid all talk about piracy.

The post shows you how to downgrade Windows edition. It is about downgrading Windows 8.1 Enterprise to Windows 8.1 Pro but should also work downgrading Windows 10 Pro to Home. Please notice if you try the trick you will do it at your own risk.
In my opinion though you should simply start from scratch and re-install Windows 10 Home: Windows 10 - Clean Install - Windows 10 Forums
Not a good idea to try and pirate a key, or mention it on a forum like this.
Second, I agree with Kari. A clean install is no where near as complicated or time consuming as some make it seem. I would go that route and then you are sure everything is legit and activated properly.

I have a folder from Win7 that was .bat locked that is now open & no longer able to be lock after a Win10 clean install. I thought I heard that .bat was only available in the Pro version. Wouldn't seem worth $99.00 to go Pro just for that.
