Or if I upgrade my pc into Windows 10 Pro, should that also resolve the problem since my OS is Windows 10 home?

Well, if you have everything backed up, sure you can clean install, but deleting a partition and trying Startup Repair is quite trivial and much quicker by comparison.
What we're trying to do is save you the pain of reinstalling all progs, copying back all your data and redoing your settings.
If Home is ok for you, why would you want to pay for Pro? And installing Pro - well, you'd just be doing a clean install- same effect as reinstalling Home.
Can you wait an hour or so, I'm trying what I advised on my own machine, and the clean install is just finishing, and then I will reimage the C: drive. Should be finished in less than an hour.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, you can boot into Windows, correct?
And you will be able to install Macrium then?
I only have an Windows 10 pro installation disk. Should that work on repairing my os?
not yet. It'll took a little time to install since our internet connection here (Philippines)is a little bit slow.
By the way thanks.
Can you highlight things up? And when I finished downloading things, can I talk to you for an advise while I do this?
