The in place upgrade is the best and fastest way to get Anniv rather than normal silent Upgrade channel. I put the iso on 5 computers that I had to send out this week and every machine upgraded flawlessly. The new ones offered a clean install option too. A dvd or usb burn are not necessary if you have a signed-in OS with admin rights. Make sure you select 10 Pro to match your system. Cheers.

    Ah,
I was just about to ask (after reading details from your link) if this ISO file is just for a clean install - I don't want to do that again - or if it is or is (also) good for just the Upgrade.
    Kindly confirm, and thanks again!

It will do the Upgrade. After it checks your PC for updates, making sure you're ready to install and enough disk space, it will offer you a default choice of Install Windows 10 Pro or Keep personal Files and Apps. Change if you want clean install. Will look like this screen (credit Brink)

See Brink's tutorial here - Windows 10 - Upgrade Installation - Windows 10 Forums and screens in Steps 7 thru 15 will apply if you right click the ISO on desktop and 'Mount'. Step 16 has different screens in Anniv Upgrade but will bring you back to Welcome and sign-in screen when completed. Good Luck.
