Hybrid sleep missing after Windows 10 anniversary update

Have tried everything.

Have tried what is on site and still do not see hybrid sleep as shown in screen capture above by philc43.

Anybody have any other ideas?

I think it is because you have the Surface Pro 4 which uses leading edge technology for the sleep states and I believe no longer uses the hybrid sleep mode. The Surface is in a class of devices that uses Modern Standby rather than traditional S1- S3 Sleep modes.
