Thanks for taking the time to post this. I edited my post above yours adding a screen cap of Region > Administrative.

I just checked (again!) and all my settings are exactly like yours except time zone & keyboard and in Settings > search for language like you, I still get:

[FIX] These Results May Be Incomplete, Search Is Still Indexing Your Stuff
    some ideas there..
Worth searching generally with exactly this string for
"search results aren't quite ready" language

SOLVED: Search results arenre working on getting them together - Appuals.com
Note here the idea wrt Windows updates. I now recall someone on this forum identified that approach many months back.

Thanks for the suggestions but I have too many problems with this clean install Spanish/English including wifi not starting on reboot error, Bluetooth module not recognized & cherry on the cake today: goes to sleep with the flashing led correctly indicating sleep state & when trying to wakeup it reboots instead! Event viewer says improper shutdown.

So back to Windows 10 download but in English this time hoping it will be activated even if original OEM OS Win 7 Pro with digital rights was in Spanish.

Will try to add an other user with an other language after all updates & settings are ok & check the Windows search.
